A really good Medieval Fantasy RPG = Dragon Age
Post Apocalyptic RPG = Fallout 3
or..
A really hard game that tests your skills = Demon's Souls
I suggest you watch reviews for each game to make your choice. Fallout Game of the Year is glitchy, I am unsure if they fixed it yet. Apparently from Gamespot, Dragon Age runs better on PS3 than 360.
