Should I get Dragon Age Origins for Xbox 360 or PC?

My brother is a PC fanboy (so he refuses to play consoles) and he wants Dragon Age Origins

The only thing is, I would prefer it on Xbox 360

So can someone tell me what is the most easiest gameplay wise?Should I get Dragon Age Origins for Xbox 360 or PC?
My brother and I are the exact same way, my brother is always getting stuff for the PC but I like playing on the x360.

I was considering to get it for the x360 just because I enjoy console playing more HOWEVER if you've ever played Baldur's Gate you'll understand what sort of controls that's included. My brother decided to get it on PC and as I waited for reviews to come out it seems that the PC version did extremely better than the x360. Now that I've played Dragon Age: Origins I understand why the PC version is a lot less stressful. It's a definite perk to be able to control your character with WSAD and be able to pause and point and click with the mouse. Now I don't have it on x360 and I don't know how they set it up on that but I have a friend who got it on the console and gets pissed off because it's a bit more frustrating.

All in all, I'd recommend getting it on PC. It's a great game and the best way for it to be played is on the PC in my opinion. It is made by the people of Baldur's Gate Series and by Bioware who did Mass Effect, etc. The best way for me to describe the game play is like Knights of the Old Republic meets Baldur's Gate. Sadly it's just one of those games where it's nice to have a keyboard and mouse to do all the controlling rather than only a few buttons on a controller.

Oh and PC version got 9.5/10 and X360 got 8.5/10

Well, actually, Ive played both versions, and while its true that this game PROBABLY would play better on pc, I honestly didn't notice that much of a difference. Let me be clear here, I am a hardcore pc game fan, and I also own an xbox, and my pc has the stats to rip it up. as far as the graphics are concerened, while its true the xbox only has a 512 mb. video card...there are still most people who only have that or less in their computer. If you knew how similar it is to program for both the pc and the 360, you would realize that the game is actually pretty much the same game. The control scheme has been mapped quite well to giving orders with the triggers and such. everything being directed through the radial wheel a la mass effect (did I mention that that came out on 360 first?) as far as the graphics are concerned, as I understand, it was the ps3 version that had the poor graphics due to bioware's not quite the firmest grasp on developing for the cell architecture. (thats not a jab at bioware, I love bioware, have been with them since way back when baldur's gate came out for pc....though I didnt like Icewind Dale as much as I should have) The game honestly looks and plays great on both systems...its a pity there is no multiplayer, because I would get it for xbox just to play it on xbox live. As much as I love pc games...they are a dying medium, and xb live has the people and the servers to make a game like this always be full up with people wanting to multiplayer...(ps, always be careful about graphics hype, I bought crysis when it came out and was able to breeze through it with my specs...(its unfortunate the gameplay was sadly lacking), but everybody said then that the xbox 360 wouldnt be able to push a game that looked that good. now look at modern warfare 2, and did I mention crysis 2 is coming to 360 and ps3? looks like it has some juice in is after allShould I get Dragon Age Origins for Xbox 360 or PC?
Along with everything Crich said, the XBox version has far inferior graphics, muddy textures etc.

There are also some other issues such as problems with saving your game.

They have released the Development Kit for PC, so you can expect many community made mods which will be unavailable on XBox.

Also, I assume that the support, like patches, for the PC version will be better, especially through Steam.
pc if you have a system that can run it nicley.
